Hi all,
I have a request for all who have records for Mendon/Milford and surrounding
areas and who knows maybe Massachusetts.
I am paying the price of being a bad genealogist from years ago and not
keeping a paper trail and resources. I have a 5th gr-grandmother who is
Thankful Corbett, she married Daniel Corbett in the Mendon (this marriage is
in vitals for Mendon) area in 1766 and later in late 1700's or early 1800's
they moved to New York area. Now somewhere I got the information that this
Thankful Corbett was a Thankful Hazeltine. Where I cannot remember. I
think I am losing my mind. I know she is a Hazeltine and I have no birth
record for her, just that she was born abt. 1748/50.I know she is a
Hazeltine, like I know my own name but I lost or never kept source. Bad
Kathie....
Anyway, along that same line I also have info that Daniel and Mercy (Tyler)
Hazeltine are her parents. Now do I have the info that tells me that? Of
course not. I told you I was a bad genealogist. But I do show a marriage
for these two in 1733 in Mendon Vitals.
So what do you say? Can anybody help me? Thank you for any help you can
