Betty: I have been tracking Ben through his land holdings since he came to
New England. He had land in Weymouth, 3 4 acre house lots, then "Waterfarm"
in Braintree. He then aquired land in Medfield and lived at 3 locations
there. Mendon was next with the Mill site and the house lot and the meadow
grant. Swansea was his next conquest leaving his mendon holdings to son
James. Today we would call him a "speculator" or "developer"

Bob Albee
