Chris, your source is of higher quality than mine. Your assertion about Sarah being named in husband's will and thus likely to have died after him, certainly seems appropriate. Actually, I have Sarah's death as Feb 1683, but this could be due to errors in interpreting old style vs new style calendar. My source for her death is Mary Walton Ferris, "Dawes-Gates Ancestral Lines" (1931).
