Just some additional information from census records and MA VR Index:
Edward F. Crapo, 1898, volume 475 page 139, Fall River
Walter W. Crapo, 1900, volume 496 page 173, Fall River
According to census records, Andrew and Clarence were born in Rhode Island
1910 census, Fall River, Childrens Home
Clarence Crapo, age 6, b RI, father b MA, mother b Eng.
Andrew Crapo, age 3, b RI, father b MA, mother b Eng.

Clarence Crape, b 1903 MA

and difficult to read]
1920 census, Fall River, Childrens Home

1930 census, Mineola, Nassau Co., NY, Mineola Blvd.
Andrew Crapo, b ca 1908 (age 22), b RI, father b France, mother b Eng.,
occ. gardner
I did not find Clarence in the 1930 census but I did find an entry in the
SSDI which may be him:
Clarence Crapo
b 28 July 1903
d Oct 1970
last residence was listed as Fall River
I did not locate and Andrew Crapo in the SSDI which indicates he probably
died before 1963.
The website for the MA Archives has full details, but I use them all the
time. Never use town clerks in MA unless you absolutely have to because
they will rape you with their fees. The Archives takes about 2 weeks to
send the records, but it is really inexpensive. It is a little quirky
because you have to send a separate $3.00 check for each document that you
order and you can only order 3 at a time, but they are really accomodating.
