I know this will not be much help, but who knows,

The 1858 Charlestown City Directory shows your

Henry C. Pratt Artist - works at 228 Washington St. in Boston
house at 1 Main Street, Charlestown.

I know this is before your Oliver is born, but I noticed that there is an

Oliver Pratt, carpenter, living at 17 Lawrence St., Charlestown..

Could this be a relitive of Henry and he used the name?
