In going through some of my old correspondence I came across the following e-mail (see below). I don't know if I ever sent this on to Jeff McComb back then. However, this George McComb is looking for some help researching his New England McComb family. Anyone got anything for him?

William possiblly came from Ireland. George lived in Fall River Mass. Samuel James born in Fall River Mass died in Florida. Eugene Samuel McComb born in Fall River Mass died in Alabama. All of us Children born in Florida from 1953 to 1962 in West Palm Beach area. It is a guess as to where William was born because we do not know all the facts. Our Family Bible tells us certain information. We would like to fill in the blanks. Also would like to have any information on the Byrne Family possible coming from Ireland too. My Grand Mother was Margaret (Byrne) McComb of Fall River Mass. born in year 1905. McComb can be spelled Macumber , Mccoomb, McCombe, McThomas, And More other ways. Most of our family lived in the New England Area.
