I don't have Will or Probate info. for Coonrad (Conrad)
Richardson. However, his marriage to Susan Winkler is found:

est co ky marr records, Bk A - 177, 7 Mar 1850, marr'd just before the
census was taken.

1850 est co ky census, age 21, male, b Ky, shoemaker with wf Susan and no
chlidren. He is listed as Conrad on this census. Newly Weds. Living next
door to Henry and Rebecca White Richardson. Henry and Coonrad are cousins.
