Hi All:
Upgrade from early am from Providence, RI. The viewing area for the local
tv channels - all schools are closed, and the parking ban in on.

State of CT closed I-95 to all Tractor trailers today.

We are having sleet now and the roads are icey in patches. I-95 is down to
bare road, but that may change before too long.

Bonanza Bus Lines cancelled all travel for today. Don't know if the ferries
are running either. Mentioned was the Providence to Newport and the ferry
to Block Island.

State of CT also told all government non-essential people to stay home.
