According to Newburyport VR (1) He was Joseph Frazier ILSLEY, son of David
and Anna, b. 8 Jan 1790 and he died, 18 Oct. 1790. They had a second son by
the same name b. 20 Oct 1793 who died 23 Aug 1794.
David and Anna Frazier, who were m. (int. only) 14 Feb 1789, appear to be
the only couple with those given names in Newburyport at that time. They
were, in fact, m. at Rowley, 4 Apr. 1789, Anna was of (Newbury) (2)(3).
They also appear to have a number of other children who died young: Anna,
b/d.1799; Clarisa, b/d.1804; David Jr., b.1795 d.1804; Harriot, b/d1797;
Sarah, b.1791, d.1793, and _____, ch. David, d.1799. Very unusual.
