Here's the results of my investigations
i) haven't determined whether Menu FULL is necessary
2)Go to the page you want to print
3)LEFT CLICK THAT PAGE. (I found that this step is necessary
before right clicking page)
4)NOW right click the page.
5)select Layout Object
6)change height field to 10 & click OK
7)print the page
8)go to 2

alternatively

1)go to page you want to print
2)left click that page
3)position the mouse point on blackened left corner of page
4)drag it horizontally a bit (narrowing the page)
5)if mouse somehow is no longer positioned on the blackened
left corner, position it again
6)drag DOWN (thereby shortening the page)
7)print
8)go to 1

So this process needs to be done for each and every page one wants
to print.
Another way of saying this is that we cannot "select Layout Object
UNTIL a specific page has been "left clicked"

To sum up, based on my experiences, the manufacturers overlooked
providing the capability to set height field defaults or general
disc wide defaults or even program wide defaults.

As I've heard in the computer field "fixed in next release" ;-)
