I tried the link and had no problem until I got a notice of "Browser
Incompatibility." This had to do with cookies. I keep my security level at
Medium-High. I temporarily lowered it to Medium and was still unable to get
past the incompatibility notice.
Under no circumstances will I lower it any lower nor do I recommend going
to any site where that problem exists. Internet Explorer 6 does allow
setting of safe sites. However, this requires that the URL begin with
https://. The "s" designating a secure site. This did not seem to be
available at the HeritageQuest site. This is the information from
HeritageQuest/ProQuest regarding their use of cookies:

It is my personal belief that they can do without the use of the cookies.
If a visitor does not wish the cookies, then they simply can't have the
search history, etc. This is their option and should be honored by
HeritageQuest.
Each person must make their own decision on the kind of security that they

reputable sites such as this one.
