Thanks for the response.
>From all I've been able to put together (with alot of help from others)
is that the the Hannah Burnham that married William Goldsmith (b Wenham 8
Oct 1725) as his 2nd wife on 4 Jul 1754 in Ipswich was Hannah Burnham (b 10
Mar 1733-4), daughter of Jeremiah and Jane Pride Burnham. William's first
wife was Margaret Cogswell. This William and Hannah Burnham Goldsmith were
the parents of Jeremiah Goldsmith (b 1760) who is my ancestor.
The Hannah Burnham (b 18 Apr 1754) that you mention did indeed marry a
William Goldsmith on 29 Aug 1774 in Ipswich. This William Goldsmith was
born 9 Feb 1751-2 to William and Margaret Cogswell Goldsmith. This Hannah
Burnham could not be the mother of my ancestor Jeremiah Goldsmith, as she
would only have been about three months old when she got married and six
years old at the time of Jeremiah's birth!!

Bob
