Mariana,
You're right about John Jr. and Elizabeth being the parents of the
Ellizabeth born in 1684. The VRs don't show that John Sr. and Hannah had a
daughter named Elizabeth. Also the VRs are pretty specific as to which John
had which kid!
On the pages that Gene sent me (pgs 337-338), it doesn't show Elizabeth, b.
1684. Is this in a different section? Does Bond say (in spite of the
wrong parents!) that this Elizabeth is the one who married Benjamin Page?
After concentrating on the Lewis connection to the Pages, I am really
thinking that "our" Elizabeth, the only one in Lynn that's even close, is
indeed the wife of Benjamin. I also noticed on the copies Gene sent, that
Mary Lewis, widow of Edmund, sold her Watertown property to William Page,
who Savage says may be the son of John of Watertown. I haven't found any
connection between the two John Pages (and they are definitely two different
people), other than their last names are Page and they both lived in
Watertown. . . .
Thanks again for your help on this.
