Bob,

Thank you for the additional sources. I do have access to Heritage Quest,
so I'll give that book a look, even if they do leave off before I would like
them to!

I'm wondering if John Jr. just kept a lower profile, so no one wants to
write about him (heavy sigh), but with your help and the help of the others,
I am getting a pile of stuff to work with, which is great. Thank you very
much!
