Hi Everyone ,
If I may have input on the situation at hand:
I know the feeling of someone taking your family information and
misconstruing facts ,as I have had it happen with mine, and e-mailed the person and they
ignored however still Genealogy is truly meant to be shared ,.
If no-one shared no-one would have it!
and a good genealogoist in my opinion will follow-up on info that has been
shared / or found .
There have been mistakes made even in census , and other documents , some due
to informants not having the appropriate information , etc.
Sharing keeps our ancestry alive , and to have for your own family record
which is most important and the purpose of all of us being here is to share
our connections and help where and when we can.
Please don't let one person's ignorance hold you back .
If they want to keep the mistakes that's on them.
Best to All,
Andrea
