Hello. I am searching for information on John Henry Burnham, my g-g-grandfather. I’ve obtained the following info from the 1860-1880 US Census records.

John Henry was born in New Brunswick, Canada between 1820 and 1827. His parents were both from Scotland. In 1860 he was married to Sarah C (maiden name Burns?) and living in Newburyport, Massachusetts with his two sons, Isaac W (b. abt. 1848 in MA) and John (b. abt. 1852 in MA). Jane Burns (age 67 b. in Nova Scotia) was also living with them (Sarah’s mother?).
By 1870 Emma Hammond was also living within the household (with John, Sarah & kids, and an Annie Vroom whom I’ve tied back to the Burns side). Emma (or Emeline b. abt. 1831 Nova Scotia) later became John’s second wife, having one son, Caleb Hammond Burnham (b. 1875, Newburyport).
In 1880 John & his new family were living in East Boston, MA.

As I descend from Caleb’s line, I am especially interested in his parents and their ancestry, but would also like to know more about Sarah, Isaac, and John’s son, John. I would greatly appreciate any details that someone may have.

Thank you.
