Wow. That is a truly dramatic story. Well, I tried Amelia, but I didn't get anything there either. The ones that come up in the right time frame are not marrying Irwin. Is it possible they never actually married? Well, anything is possible.
It is very difficult to trace these folks. If he was murdered there must be a newspaper article. I do have some access to New York City newspapers in that era...do you know the date he died?
