I would like to thank to all who responded to my question. Mary Beth
Traynor has taken it on, and I've decided to await whatever she has to
say on the matter.

For those who asked, and in case anyone else may share these ancestors,
these are the 2 obits (my great-grandparents) I was seeking:

John Lawton, died 27 Jan 1910, and his wife, Bridget Lawton, (maiden
name Collopy) died 13 Sep 1897
