She could not be the same Mary Walcott who married
Isaac Farrar, and was an "afflicted child. Both the
Mary m. I. Farrar and the Mary m. David Harood were
having children in the same time frame.
I have some info that she may be the granddaughter of
William Walcott and Alice Ingersoll, but most purely
speculative.
Robert McIntires book on the descendants of Philip
McIntire has Mary b. abt 1680 married to David
Harwood b. 1668 in Salem.
Children of couple were:
Amy Emma m. Ebenezer McIntire
David m. Margaret Cox
Mary
Hannah m. Ebeneezer Twiss
Elizabeth m. Bejamin Moulton
Ezra m.
Alice m. Jonathan Nourse
Absolom m. Anna Boyce

Surely would like to find her true parents
