After their marriage, the Kenneys lived for a time on Phineas Scott's
place, later known as the Gardner place, which burned and is now part of the
State Reservation in South hawley. They also resided for a time on Edward
Cobb's place, removed to North Adams about 1892. He worked as a farmer,
teamster until 1903, when he became a coachman and caretaker for Mr. C. H.
Cutting in North Adams.
