Jay,

Joseph was b. in Ware, MA. I am aware of the Joseph Luce
in Pompey, Onondaga Co., NY in 1810. I do not believe his parents to be Harvey and Hulday Luce. If I obtain any further documentation regarding Joseph, I will contact you.
