Dear Franklin County List Members:

I want to offer my heartfelt apologies to Karen Sullivan for not promptly
responding to her most generous e-mail to me telling me that it was possible to
get updated discs of the MA Vital Records series that would work with the
Vista operating system. This was not caused by lack of gratitude but by simply
not getting to it quickly enough.

Nonetheless, she is well within her proper rights to take me to task for not
responding after my own letter to the list earlier about not acknowledging
contributions of assistance from other list members.

I am very sorry that I didn't get the thank you response out to the list in
a timely fashion.
