Daniel died 07-May-1851 at Orange [MA VRs 57:191]. He is shown as age 59, a farmer, born at Orange, the illegitimate son of Margaret Libby.
I have a transcription of the early Orange records, but do not find his birth there or in any of the Tan Books. He is not the Daniel, son of Amos and Molly, born 11-Dec-1799 at Charlton, Worcester Co. [Charlton VR 102], who died 16-Feb-1851 at Dudley [MA VRs 59:123].
