I've "rescued" two old photographs of Mattie MOORE ROOT both taken at
Studios in Springfield, Massachusetts. One appears to have been taken in
the 1890's and the other in the early 1900's, she appears to be 50-70 years
of age when the photos were taken. I believe this may be Martha O. MOORE
who married Francis C. ROOT on the 23rd of May 1866 at Springfield, Hampden,
Massachusetts.

I'm hoping to locate some of her family so that the photographs can be
returned to their rightful place. If you are a member of this family or
know someone who might be, please contact me.
