Subject: [MAHAMPSH-L] Any info on Ephraim & Asa SMITH ca 1740?

As near as I can figure out, from a very ancient, falling apart book at my
State of MI Library, these two men were two of the earliest settlers of
Athol, Worcester County, MA, and came from Hatfield, Hampshire County, MA.
Does anyone have any information on them? I don't know what the relationship
was between them, but do know that Asa was born ca 1740. Can anyone give me
any help on this?
