Anyone doing research in MA, would do well to purchase the book HISTORICAL
DATA RELATING TO COUNTIES AND TOWNS IN MASSACHUSETTS by William Francis Galven,
Secretary of the Commonwealth, publ. by NEHGS. It has been a great help to
me. Well worth the money spent -- and it isn't expensive.
