Can anyone provide any information on Flora Amanda (Fairbanks) (Chase)
Gullifer. Flora married, as Flora CHASE, 1881 in Fairfield, Somerset Co.,
James A. GULLIFER

The Fairfield City Directory of 1909 (Lawrence Public Library, Fairfield,
ME) has this information on Flora (here she is called Amanda) with
husband, James Gullifer.
J.A. Gullifer b. 1839, carpenter, Fairfield Center; Amanda Fairbanks-Chase
b. 1834
Charles F. a policeman in Waltham, MA b. 1854;
Llewllyn W. mechanic of W. Newton, MA [birth yr. not mentioned];
Emma b. (?) Powers (?) b. 1858;
Edwin farmer in Wisconsin (?).
The above Children probably have the surname Chase.

James A. Gullifer died in 1923 and is buried in the same cemetery as his
parents in Fairfield. Flora is not buried there. She is probably buried in
the same plot as her first husband, but where?. Would like to know her
husband's name and the name of Flora Amanda's parents.
