Hi Elaine ~ Below is what I found in the 1850 census ~ Josiah is showing as a
"Neal" and not a "Willey" so maybe that is why the Town Clerk could not
locate any records?? The age is correct to be your Josiah as well, so I'm
sure it is him ~ Also, I've listed a family of Cole's living right next door
