This has been my brickwall for three years.

Moses Gubtail was born in Berwick, Maine. I've had no luck whatsoever finding out who his parents were.

He was born December 21, 1803 according to his gravestone. He married Mary (Polly) Goodridge/Goodrich in Berwick, Maine December 28, 1829 [intentions] they had the following children.

Jedediah Guptill
Sarah E. Guptill
Robert Guptill
John A. Guptill 27th Maine Infantry Co. D
Albert W. Guptill (my great-grandfather)
Mary Guptill
