Thanks so much for attempting to look. Frank is likely to have lived in
South Portland or Portland. He would have been 35-39 ish in 1930. I
believe he was born in Massachusetts but that is a guess. He married twice
and one wife was Edith, but again, I am not certain if Edith cvame after
1930. Does that help?

in Maine in 1920.
Would you mind offering the town or county that your ROBBINS family lived in
?
And, an FYI for you:
There were 2 more, named Frank ROBINS.
And, there were 22 people with the surname, ROBINS, in 1920, and ..361..
people with the surname, ROBBINS, in 1920 (in all or most Counties) !
