I am relatively new on, using the computor and wending my way through the vargaries of my heritage. I am a direct decendent of Peter Garland of England , a resident of Charlestown in 1637 and also of Holt family . I have traced this line to Joseph Holt of York Maine to the early 17 Hundreds With many gaps from there to here. But--it is interesting and fun. Chet
