According to the 1900 Somerville Mass census

Frank Clough b. Maine Feb 1870 and Ida Clough b. Maine Aug. 1872 were living
with daughter Marion E. born Jan. 1892 in Maine. Ida's parents were born
England. Frank's parents were born Vermont/Maine. Frank was a brass
finisher.
