Hello Judy:
In the Middlesex Vitals CD from Southern Research, found the following:

NATICK, Middlesex, MA - Births:

Green, Nahum. _____, 1821. G.R.5 - Page 47
Green, Margaret (______), w. of Nahum, ______1835. G.R.5 - Page 47
Note: G.R.5 designates the info is from a grave record, North Natick
Cemetery

BILLERICA, Middlesex, MA - Marriages:

Green, Nahum, laborer, of Woburn, and Mary A. Virgin of Woburn, Oct 15, 1843 *
Page 264.
The * denotes a footnote which reads: "Intention not recorded". This
indicates that the record shown was the actual marriage filed in Billerica.
There is no church reference shown, which would usually mean the only record
available was from a church record. There were three churches in Billerica
shown on the CD -
(1) First Congregational, Unitarian
(2) Orthodox Congregational
(3) First Baptist

I was not able to locate a birth record on Mary Ann Virgin. I'd suggest
consulting the Town Hall in Billerica, or the Mass. Archives in Boston.

Hope this helps!
