death. Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide details on all entries
for a particular surname. The index covers only the years 1871 - 1909!


What can you expect in return?
Remember, this is only an index. For each name the index lists Year, Name,
Case (Administration, Will, Adoption, etc.), and Probate Case File No.

To obtain copies of the actual probate files, you will have to visit the
Middlesex Probate Court as they will not honor any requests via mail:
