Levina goes back to a Samuel, I thought it might give you some information to
help locate your Lavinia, as the names are similar.

Levina NEWTON b. 22 August 1773 m. Roland CUTLER 18 April 1796, Sudbury, MA.
Levina NEWTON is the daughter of Adonijah NEWTON b. 15 July 1741and Dinah
MORSE.
Adonijah NEWTON is the son of Gershom NEWTON, Jr. b. 24 April 1715 and
Jerusha BRUCE.
Gershom NEWTON, Jr. is the son of Gershom NEWTON,Sr. b. 17 Dec 1690 and
Elizabeth ANGIER
Gershom NEWTON, Sr. is the son of Samuel NEWTON b. 26 Dec1668 and Rebecca
CONRAD.
