Here is some grist for your mill, from the VR's on CD from Search and

Aaron Jr. of Westford, and Lydia Spalding, at Westford, June 3, 1766
Moses, and Abigail Hildreth, dau of Richard, June 19, 1684 (also listed in
Torrey)

Westford births
Aaron, son of Aaron Jr. and Dorrity, Apr. 15, 1739
Aaron, son of Moses and Bridget, Sept. 26, 1762
Aaron, son of Aaron Jr. and Lydia, Sept 20, 1767
