Check the Boston Globe obits, which are probably archived by the Boston
Public Library, if not the Globe itself.

What is the best way to obtain an OBITUARY for George H. Parker, a gentleman
who died March 26, 1955. Mar 26 was a Saturday so I'm guessing the notice
would be in the papers starting on Monday, 3-28-1955. He was a Cambridge
resident and a Professor at Harvard since 1885 or so. I'm open to all
suggestions or places to write to. His wife was Louise and they were a
childless couple.
