If no one has the microfilm available, you can find the lists from the LDS FHL:
Title: Passenger lists of vessels arriving at Boston, 1820-1891 ; with index, 1848-1891, 1820-1891
This index to the Boston passenger lists will also help those with the federal lists for 1855 - 1856 and 31 March 1874 - Dec 31, 1882, which lists are available from the Massachusetts State Archives at Boston.
Subjects: Massachusetts, Suffolk, Boston - Emigration and immigration
Films:
Pt. 3 Index Allen, F-Am 1848-1891 - FHL US/CAN Film [ 205658 ] (will get you the Ambry names)
Pt. 52 Index Cos-Cours 1848-1891 - FHL US/CAN Film [ 205707 ] (will get you the Cotter names)
These are all copies of index cards with the Name, age, ship, if they have been in the U.S. before, occupation, last residence.
