Thank you, David.

I pulled that piece up in a Google search earlier and have since figured out that the school referenced in that 1974 article is also gone.....I believe that Stearns Playground (Park) now exists where Stearns School and the subsequent school once stood.

Nothing turns up in a Newton Free Library catalog search so I'm hoping that someone will alert me if they know of the publication of any annuals.
