Hi Michelle,
That school still exists; I know a girl who attends school there. The
history of the school has been discussed before, but it might have been a
year or two ago. I don't remember whether it was on this List and the MA
List, but you might find information in the Archives.
And, "Ayres City" or "Ayres" is a neighborhood in Lowell. A description
of the neighborhood is on the web site about Lowell's history which
U.Mass./Lowell runs.
