Seeking information on the descendants of Benjamin Wilson/Willson and Mary Ward from Newton, MA. They had children Benjamin, Ebenezer, Ephraim, Josiah, Mary, Moses and Aaron and Nehemiah.

Some branches came to New York State and trying to find my ancestor Nehemiah Wilson/Willson and wife Hannah Lamb. This branch has same names as my line such as Nehemiah, Hiram and Caleb.

I know that Benjamin's son Nehemiah b. 1760 is not the father of my Nehemiah. However, I'm hopeful someone may have the history of his brothers to see if they have my Nehemiah born 1790-1796 in New York State, possibly Whitehall, Washington County. My Nehemiah settled at Conquest, Cayuga Co., NY and had children, Aaron, Hiram, Caleb, Mary, Lovina and possibly Jane.

Any info on the line of Benjamin and Mary would be appreciated.
