No - Heritage Quest has the US Federal Census, 1790-1930; Books
(20,000 Family and local histories); and a few other databases, but
not newspapers. Your local public library may have a newspaper
database accessible online (if you have a library card) - you can call
your nearest in-state library and ask them, or check their web site.
