Daena,
I would use Google to search for information on the Watertown Public
Library. I would then contact them and ask them to help you with
yearbooks and city directories for those family names and years. Ask
them if there was a local newspaper, and if so, was it indexed and can
they look up the family names you are interested in. Be sure to let
them know that you are out of state and cannot do the research in
person.

If the library is not helpful, you can try ordering city directories
on microfilm from your local Family History Center. They have
directories from 1927 to 1935 on film.

Search the catalog for Placename, Watertown in Massachusetts and see
what records they have available.

Someone else on the list can probably help you with the cemetery information.
