Hello Everyone:

I'm wondering if anyone on the list is researching this Cobb family and can
confirm this line or can point me in the direction of some good sources. I
haven't had the opportunity to check probate records yet or the old Cobb
genealogy by Philip Cobb or Otis' "Barnstable Families". I have checked
Plymouth VR, Mayflower Descendant and The Great Migration Begins.

This is the tentative line I have for Nathaniel Waterman who married Mary
Waterman in Plymouth July 14 1720:

Nathaniel 4 Cobb born 20 Feb 1697/8 to Ebenezar Cobb and Mercy Holmes; died
_____. (Other siblings: Ebenazar, Mercy, Hannah, Sarah, Marcy, Nathan, John,
Mary, Elizabeth, Job, Rolon.)

Ebenezer 3 Cobb, b. Plymouth 9 Aug 1671, son of John 2 Cobb and Martha
Nelson; m. Mercy Holmes Plymouth 1 June 1693; died ___.

John 2 Cobb, born Plymouth 7 June 1632, married Plymouth 28 April 1658
Martha Nelson.

Henry 1 Cobb, born by 1607, England, married Plymouth abt 1631 Patience
Hurst, died Barnstable Bet. 22 February 1678/79 - 03 June 1679.

I descend from their daughter Mary who married Nathaniel Pratt in Plympton
17 Nov 1740. Would be happy to share any information I have on this Cobb
line, as well as the female lines.
