Susan,

There is an article in the July 1988 NEHGR, "Seventeenth Century Hull Massachusetts and Her People" by Ethel Farrington Smith which gives the father (Benjamin2) and grandfather (Edward1) of Benjamin3 Bosworth who m. Hannah Morton. Vol 142 pgs 274-279 cover some of the first four generations.

Cited in the article is the "Bosworth Genealogy. Part 1: A History of the Descendants of Edward Bosworth, Who arrived in America in the Year 1634...." (1926). You can find a copy in the NEHGS Circulating Library.

Perhaps someone else knows of newer sources.
