I have no reason to think they are not the same person, but there is a
problem. As you note, this is a baptism, and in the Scituate VR we find
that two other children of Abner (Abner and Elizabeth) were baptized on
the same day. They may have just moved to town or just joined the
church. There's no way from this alone to know when Deborah was born.
I do not find deaths for these children in Scituate, and probably not a
marriage for Deborah (there's one that's close, but I think she's
someone else). So it is quite possible they relocated, but we need to
know more. It is possible that there was a letter of dismission from
the church when they left (this would indicate to a congregation where
they relocated that they were acceptable for membership). Whether such
records survive for the church in Scituate I don't know, but it's not
too hard to find out.
What else do you know--who was her husband? Do you know the names of
any siblings? Let us know all you can, including how reliable that
gravestone information is (do the births of children work with that age
for instance?).
