There is a R261609 NORMAN C 04/10/1913 BIRKENHEAD this will give the
seaman’s pouches’ which may or may not contain a lot I’m afraid it a chance
you take should at least contain a photograph albeit a mug shot

You should be able to obtain his CRS10 cards which if they have survived
