gggrandfather was Thomas S. Martin b:1820 TN. He married Emaline C. Bomar
abt 1843. Their children are William Lindsay b:1844, James F. b:1848, and
Thomas A. b: 1851 and Victory b: ?(all in Wilson County, TN). They are
listed in the 1860, & 1870 Census for Wilson County, TN. In 1870 Census,
their son William L. was living next door with his wife Elizabeth, pp.
628-647, Dist 23, Post Office- Gladeville. On the 1870 census are also
listed former slaves still living with them. I also believe this is the same
Thomas Martin listed on the 1840 Census for Wilson County, p 224. I have
several William, Thomas, & a James Martin in my tree. I'm trying to find the
parents of my Thomas S. Martin. Could your Thomas Jr listed below be a
connection? I will be glad to share information.
