I am looking for information on Kennedy's . My 6th ggrandfather was John Kennedy. He died in what was listed as "Dublin", Somerset Co., MD. in 1753. What I would like to know is Dublin a town,or the name of his estate. His grandson, William Kennedy was born in Georgetown, MD. July 1753 so perhaps Dublin was close to or in the Georgetown area?

Some of William's siblings are listed as born in Somerset Co., Stephney Parish, Grn Hill Ch.

This information is from someone else's information and I am trying to verify it and continue back to Ireland from there. (Maybe Dublin)

Any information on this area and how to obtain records from this area will be greatly appreciated.
