All of my Finnish Male relatives worked either as Stone Cutters, or in some
other capacity in those Quarries, etc. and I remember my grandmother telling
me, that even the headstone at my grandfather(later my dad and grandmother
herself) grave, came from one of them.

My grandparents and dad weren't Catholic, so they were all buried at MT
Wallston. I do remember St Mary's Cemetery. I made my first communion at St
Mary's Church (oh so many many years ago now)..

My mothers family are all from Ireland, and most are buried in St Mary's but
in Salem Ma, not Quincy. Others at Holy Cross, in Malden. From age 8 or so
I grew up in Reading , now I'm in Boston(well might as well be-actually
Brookline) I still can't convience my sister who lives on Cape Cod that
Brookline is a separate town,.

God Bless
Barbara
